Our Mission

American Jews for Democracy is a grassroots coalition dedicated to securing the future of American democracy and ensuring Jewish safety. We provide an alternative to establishment organizations, elevating the voices of a new generation in Jewish politics, focused on ending extremism and electing leaders who share our dedication to American civil liberties and the preservation of the rule of law.

Who We Are

For too long, the conversation around Jewish political interests has been dominated by establishment voices that don't always reflect the urgency or the values of a new generation. We are filling that gap. AJD provides a platform for American Jews who are ready to take a stand against the rising tide of extremism and the erosion of our democratic norms.

We aren't another PAC; we are an advocacy movement. We are focused on:

• Mobilizing the Next Generation: Giving younger Jewish voters a seat at the table.
• Principled Advocacy: Moving beyond partisan talking points to focus on the preservation of the rule of law and the protection of civil liberties.
• Proactive Security: Ensuring that Jewish safety is secured through a stable, inclusive, and pluralistic American society.

Our leadership team of four young professionals comes from across the US and from across the Jewish spectrum. We combine our professional expertise with a shared commitment to American Jews for Democracy.
